This brew first made its debut back in 2020 as the third installment of our Bonsai Series, and it’s back to grace the palates of West Coast DIPA lovers. Donning a charming golden hue, this year's batch of Bonsai - Beech features aromas of pineapple, apricot, and honeydew. Tastes of grapefruit zest, lemongrass, and candied orange peel shine over a moderate bitterness, forming an approachable and tasteful sipping experience.
