A golden Pilsner and Wheat malt base was fermented with a traditional Belgian-style yeast and then generously dry-hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo; providing rounded citrus and stonefruit characters to complement the subtle orchard esters, spices and phenolics from the ferment.
