A departure from our house yeast strain, Pestilence is a Biere de Garde with a light amber color and low residual sweetness, with a round white raisin malt flavor underneath an earthy, spicy yeast profile. The hops enter with an earthy white grape nose, followed by herbal lemon grass. High carbonation will lift it off the palate and drive the hops into the nose.
