たる暖かい季節に向け本当は伝統的なピルスナーを作りたかったのですが、私たちのような小さな醸造所にとって、他のラガーもタンクに入っている今、ピルスナーのタンクスペースと時間を確保することはいつも悩みのタネであります（ラガー類は結構時間がかかるのです！）。そこでピルスのスタイルの中にツヴィクルというのがあることを知りました。爽やかでアルコール度数が低く、ピルスナーらしくキリッとクリーンでありながら、タンク内での長いラガーリングの過程を経ないため少しだけ曇っています。イースト、ホップ、モルトの繊細なバランスがこのビールのカギで、どれが目立ちすぎることもありません。アルコール度数は4.5%と低く、これからやって来る暖かい季節にゴクゴク飲める、喉の渇きを癒すビールにピッタリです！春のピカピカの日差しの下でこのビールを送り出すことを楽しみにしております！ラビットハッチでは今週から、飲食店様、卸様は明日よりオンラインショップで発注可能です!tworabbitsbrewing.shopへアクセスし、ご登録よろしくお願いします！New Release: Zwickel PilsWe really wanted to make a traditional Pilsner for the upcoming warmer months, but with a lager already in our line up (Thirsty Fox Sunset Lager) it was always going to be challenging to find enough tank space and time (unless you have horizontal tanks, lagers can take quite some time!). Then we learnt about a style of Pils known as the Zwickel. Refreshingly sessionable, this beer has all the crisp, clean elements of a Pilsner but because it doesn’t go through the same lengthy lagering process, there’s a slightly cloudy appearance. The delicate balance of flavours between the yeast, hops and malts is key to this beer with neither one particularly outdoing the other. With a low alcohol (4.5%) this beer is an excellent thirst quencher and we look forward to sipping it ourselves under the Spring sunshine!https://www.instagram.com/p/BvdXfQ8FRHL/
