Brewed for the NZIPA challenge at Smith's Bar, a one of a kind culinary inspired IPA. A clean combination of fluffy oats, wheat, biscuitty base malts and spicy rye specialty malts create a voluptuous body. Moutere, Wai-iti, and Rakau Hops create notes of key lime, juicy figs, and plump pineapple. Feijoa puree is added for a smoothie like quality, tart and smooth. Then it is conditioned on a combination of Genmaicha, Sencha, Lemongrass, and Match Green Teas & Tongan Heilala Vanilla. The final product is a subtle and balanced honey tea and biscuits, jammy fruits, and aromatic to boot.
