Friendshake No.2

Friendshake was brewed in collaboration with our new friends at Brasserie du Bas-Canada from Gatineau Quebec. It is an IPA dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic and then conditioned on Coconut, Banana, Passionfruit, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar. We used powdered banana to give an upfront banana character but not affect the consistency of the beer. The coconut, passionfruit, and vanilla round out the flavour making the beer extra smooth and juicy.
