A complex, deep red, spiced ale with an enticing aroma and a rewarding finish. Brewed with coriander and a really fruity Irish yeast it is dry hopped with Hallertauer Perle hops and spiced once more with coriander just before bottling to boost the hop notes and create a generous, warming beer.
