Barrel Aged Eos (Metallic Red Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged 18 months in a Buzzard Roost barrels. After aging we then conditioned the beer on loads of raspberries and marshmallows. The result is ripe juicy fruit smothered in chocolate.
