Chocolatey Disaster

An accidental bochet. Our beekeepers accidentally burned a drum of wildflower honey. So, we took a disaster and made something beautiful. The cacao nibs combined with the mild bitterness of the burned honey creates a delicious dark chocolateyness. A hint of vanilla makes a super unique dark imperial mead.
