In the hiking world, a cairn is often a trail marker along the path, or an indicator of a summit; they guide trampers on the trails to the top of a mountain. Here at Tree House Brewing Company we believe it is not always about the destination, but journey itself. This series showcases localized malts throughout the Northeast, and each iteration is single hopped with a different American hop. Cairn Series—Mount Washington utilizes barley sourced from Morrill Farm in Penacook, NH, which was kilned into a beautiful pilsner malt by our friends at Valley Malt.
