In a dark place we find ourselves, and a little more knowledge lights our way. We aged our strong Scottish Ale in Canadian Whisky barrels for months and the result is a delicious balance of force and flavours - butterscotch, caramel apples and oaken leather.The "Nice" sticker version was lagered cold for 8 months in Bourbon barrels and later rested on a mixture of dulce de leche, chocolate, and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
