This hazy & irrepressibly delicious work of haze-craft was created in conjunction with the venerable and immensely talented Oregon beer-whisperers at Ninkasi. Starting with a base of pilsner malt, oats, and wheat and added a massive dose of Mosaic hops to the mix, along with HBC 586, a new and extremely choice hop with loads of tropical character. The finished product is a thunderous eruption of mango underscored by big notes of berry and stone fruit. We’re pretty psyched about it.
