We decided to make this beer's hop regime as extreme as our mountain bike riding and throw in everything we had on hand (Strata, Mosaic, Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Sabro) because it’s a well known fact that the Mountain Culture team are awesome mountain bike riders. They’re really good at doing massive jumps, tabletops and rollovers which really impress all of the other riders. It’s just that sometimes they don’t really feel like doing all those awesome tricks.
