We brewed and lagered a special batch of porter at our Propagator R&D brewhouse in Venice, creating an intensely dark and remarkably smooth base beer. After fermentation, a year of maturation in fresh bourbon barrels gave us this masterpiece: flavors of roasty malts, milk chocolate, toffee, and dark rustic grains.
