Working with Yakima Chief Hops, as a hop provider is fantastic, getting them out to brew with you and their new products is beyond fun. We started the idea for this DIPA in Yakima when we were out for hop selection, and they told us about their new YCH 702 trial extract flowable hop product. We used this as the base and built on with our hand selected Citra and HBC 586 hops, with our Oat heavy grist for DIPA. This DIPA is popping with aromas of mandarin orange, candied orange zest, sweet pink grapefruit, and just a touch of mango.
