Salted Caramel Imperial StoutWe brewed a new big black hitter! Purple Moon is a rich, sweet, roasty and creamy Salted Caramel Imperial Stout. We pounded as many caramel malts into the grist as we could and fermented it with dark molasses-rich Mauritian Muscovado sugar. Finished with a touch of sea salt and lactose for the Salted Caramel Fudge experience.
