STARRY NIGHT

This beer, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Magpie Brewing, is a lager brewed with rye and aged on cacao nibs. It is dark and malty, with notes of chocolate, sweet coffee, and dark fruit. The low bitterness was intended to be just enough to balance the residual sweetness. It was lagered for six weeks which produced a clean and drinkable beer with a smooth finish. The result is a wonderful combination of Jeju water, and German malt, hops, and yeast.⠀
