Monmouth Gold was brewed with newly revived German Isaria heirloom barley variety and a dash of Barke Vienna malt.It was hopped entirely with out Sietz Farms Tettnang hops to provide a light and balanced bitterness.Monmouth Gold drinks smooth and crisp with a soft biscuit and doughy malt profile, along with a subtle noble hop profile pushed forward by natural carbonation.Cheers!
