There's no hiding the fact we love West Coast IPAs and lately we've been experimenting with adding New Zealand hops into this style. For Hyalineder, we used a 6.6 lb per bbl combo of Freestyle Hops Motueka and hand selected Mosaic and Simcoe. Notes of pineapple, melon, blueberry, and navel oranges are what you'll get from this flavor-focused beer.
