Fermented in our oak foeder and then conditioned in stainless steel. Brewed with Floor Malted Pilsner Malt and Jasmine rice. Hopped with Tettang and Mosaic. Soft rye bread, earthy evergreen, muted lime flesh, flashes of rice notes, clean barley backbone, crisp.
