Cashmere Kolsch

A traditional German ale style brewed with not-so-traditional American cashmere hops. Fermented at ale temperature than cold-conditioned for maximum quaffability. Herbal on the nose followed by a lime and melon hop punch on the palate and a tart, dry finish.
