Collaboration with brewery Eleven from Utrecht. Brewer Fred from 't IJ and Kevin from Eleven (Utrecht)came up with this recepy. It's a fruited wheat ale. Loads of wheatmalt makes it a smooth refreshing beer. We used 80 % raspberry's, 10% lemons and 10% blood orange. The sourness comes from the raspberry's and the lemons.
