Where Saint Thomas O.G. is our west coast ode to the beauty of Mosaic hops in all their pungent quaffability, Super Saint Thomas O.G. is more than just a bigger version of the aforementioned IPA. We scaled up everything and threw every Mosaic product we could get our hands on at this nouveau Westcoast DIPA. Keeping the same base of just Pilsner malt and oats, we double-dry-hopped this beer to the point that the tank literally and figuratively couldn't take any more hops. Mixing in some Mosaic Cryo alongside a dosing of Mosaic Incognito, Super Saint Thomas O.G. is bursting at the seams with over-the-top notes of white grapefruit candy wedges, passion fruit puree, juicy honeydew melon, ripe citrus, blueberries, lychee gummies, pineapple, and guava.
