We can’t wait for you to try it!Blended by brewer Ash, this complex mixed culture sour is a foray into the world of acidic and savoury taste profiles.A base raw ale fermented in barrel is complemented by locally harvested mulberries and plums. The mulberries were provided by Old Bridge Cellars from their family farm in Marybrook, while the plums were sourced from Donnybrook. Tart, jammy and deliciously refreshing.
