A Spring 2018 small-batch release 'Clootie Wish' is a Betroot + Balsamic Brown Ale. With a malt bill of Best Ale, Torrified Wheat, Caramalt, Chocolate Malt + Oats we added Beetroot to the boil and again during conditioning alongside a balsamic reduction.
