Sloe berries may be more widely known for usage in gin, however the aroma and character also works incredibly well with darker beers. We macerated sloe berries for 2 months. The marzipan notes from the pip of the sloe adds an elegant layer of complexity, while the acidity is a lovely counterpart to the richness of the beer
