Of the Farm: Cucumber

Our friends down the road at Kneehigh Farm had a banger crop of Cucumbers this year, a quintessential Summer flavor, simple, familiar, and cooling on those dog days of the Season. We took pounds and pounds of those cukes, put them through our juicer, and blended that into an aged dry cider. The result is a delightfully refreshing cucumber-forward cider, a true taste of Summer, made possible by the great farmers in our community!
