For our 2024 brew with long term allies Bridge Road Brewers and Ferveo Yeast we went for a Foeder Crafters fermented big New World Pils, featuring OZ and NZ Hops - brewed specially for our Lukr Side-Pour Tap.On a smooth Gladfield German Pils malt base, we whirlpooled Wai-iti, dip-hopped Motueka and Galaxy and dry hopped with Hop Products Australia Spectrum Eclipse - a 100% hop derived, true to type ‘dry’ hopping liquid. We fermented low and slow with Ferveo Yeast Neutralager for a smooth, clean finish that allows the malt, hops and oak to sing.
