100% fresh Adelaide Hills Apples & Cherries co-fermented then aged in Bourbon barrels.The sweetness of our Apples are balanced out by the tartness of the ripe black Cherries with a well balanced fruit profile pulling it all together on the back pallet. Co- fermentation was carried out in second hand Bourbon barrels adding complexity and structure.Gluten free & vegan friendly.great mouthful andtexture. Brewed for GABS 2016
