Locus Solus II

Locus Solus II was brewed in April 2018 of all-NJ pilsner malt and raw wheat, and spontaneously fermented in a cognac barrel, where it fermented to absolute dryness over a period of eighteen months, sous voile (mais oui). Nothing added, nothing blended, no filtration, no pasteurization, no dosage of any kind. Bottled with corks rated for 30+ years, this is a deathbed ale™️.
