Old Freckled Hog

Описание

NITRO - orangey Amarillo hops in the Whirlpool, Nitrogen to soften the mouthfeel, going in the direction of English Cask Ales, but without the romantic hassle of shives, keystones, etc. (cf. Old Speckled Hen). A bit of residual sweetness to accentuate the malt flavours (that you can still taste, for a change, since there is no dry hop to overlay everything more subtle...), and fruity flavours both from the Amarillo hops and from the English yeast we use.
