Brewed for a special beer dinner event at O'Brien's Pub in San Diego, California, this beer is a classic San Diego-style Double IPA with no crystal malts, restrained bitterness, and heavy hop flavors and aromas. The grain bill is a simple pale combo of 2-row, pilsner, golden promise, and carafoam. The hops are a 6.6 lbs per bbl combo of Mosaic, Strata, and Simcoe.
