Passion Drop

Описание

Many of the most exciting modern hop varieties exhibit interesting tropical fruit flavours, which is why we decided to make this DIPA that's absolutely bursting with passion fruit We combined four different malts to create a clean, simple backdrop for our good old friends Simcoe Citra and Mosaic to do their thing, giving this beer an explosive hop aroma and flavours reminiscent of Mango, Grapefruit and yes, Passion fruit. Then we doubled down on the whole passionfruit thin by overloading our fermenter with passionfruit, which gives this beer an almost overwhelmingly tropical fruit character, and a subtle refreshing tartness
