Yes, trust your eyes, you see right. After more than 2 years of Schwarze Rose, we finally release our first bottom fermented beer. But it probably wouldn't be us if we didn't throw in a little twist. Contrary to the norm of German lagers, we brewed Echoes with a dash of oat malt to add some smoothness to this crisp brew. Dry hopped with Hallertau grown Amarillo only, you can look forward to a crushable Lager with notes of orange, hay, honey and fresh cut grass.
