Show of Hands / Breaking Out Of My TombNew England and Brut IPAsWe used Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot hops in both these IPAs. They can be tasted together and compared or enjoyed on their own.The New England IPA style is all about maximising the fruity character of the hops. Grain and yeast add layers of flavour that intensify the hops’ fruitiness.
