Crisp and crushable but yet expressive, brewed with floor malted czech pilsner malts, bavarian hallertauer mittelfrüh and hersbrucker noble hops, traditional decoction mash, 45 days cold conditioned, unfiltered & unpasteurised. This is our approach to how a LAGER should be treated.
