Our take on a classic Kellerbier, brewed with German Pilsner and Czech Hana malt, hopped in the kettle with German hops and then left to condition through the cold months of December and January. Dry hopped in tank with Ella hops before packaging. Cask version has an additional small dry hop (cask hopped) of Ella, Eclipse and Cascade. Pale gold in appearance, drinks with a light citrus front end, supported by a subtle biscuit malt character and a refreshing bitterness on the finish.
