This one’s dedicated to Hannah, our vibe coordinator and chief box packer here at Rocky Ridge! We’ve gone super dry with this brew, letting Mosaic and Citra hops shine with big tropical fruit and dank notes. The bitterness stays low for balance since there’s no malt sweetness - just a clean, crisp hop-forward experience. We’ve also added amyloglucosidase enzyme to the fermenter, breaking down all the sugars for a bone-dry (and low-carb) finish.Just a pure unadulterated vehicle for hops, just the way Hannah likes it!
