This super-limited bottle-only release is our first try at a spontaneous cider. It was fermented by the wild yeast from the skins of the Virginia-grown Gold Rush and Ashmead apples. Try it next to Ashmead's Gold to see the difference between "cultured" wild yeast and free-range wild yeast!
