Citrus Spiced Amber

Perhaps our most flavorful and ambitious ingredient list yet. This amber ale is turned all the way up to 11 through additions of cinnamon, clove, star anise, and black peppercorn. For a touch of citrus to balance the spice and highlight the tea-like Loral hops, we also added orange and lemon puree. The final result is soft in body, low in bitterness, but absolutely full in flavor. There's lots going on in this one.
