人類の歴史上初めて代々木で産まれたラガービール。ラガー特有の長期低温熟成の間、このビールを飲みきりたい衝動に50回以上かられたが、なんとか我慢してこのピルスナーを世に送り届けることが出来た。誘惑との長い戦いの結果、フローラルでモルティな心地よい香り、清々しいスパイシーさとクリーンさが実現された。非常に手間隙が掛かるビール。このような小さな醸造所で透き通る黄金の液体を楽しめるのはとても素敵なことだ。This is the first lager beer officially born in Yoyogi town in the long human history. During its super long aging time, it gave us impulses to drink it up more than fifty times, but we somehow managed to leave some for you. Patience was the the key for this floral, spicy, malty, and clean beer. It's nice to have this golden liquid at a tiny brewery like us.
