Permutation 6.54

Описание

Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. The names are sequential, reflecting the brewing year in Trillium's lifespan, followed by a recipe indicator.Back in mid-November, we had a nostalgic, yet simultaneously fresh brewing experience at our original location on 369 Congress Street in Fort Point. Outfitted with a blend of new and seasoned equipment, we fired up the system for the first time in years.Permutation 6.54 presents a warm, light orange with an alluring haze. Notes of juicy orange, peach skin, dried mango pieces, and tropical pineapple invite each sip. Gently bitter, with a finish that leaves us wanting more, Permutation 6.54 is an exciting way to re-establish brewing at 369 Congress.
