With Critical Excess, we wanted to make a beer with the fruit-punchiest hops we select every year. We started with a base utilizing a light malt character and massive body that teeters on Jamba Juice levels of thickness, then threw at it the best Strata, El Dorado, and Amarillo hops we've ever had the pleasure to smell. The resulting beer is pure Pacific Northwest Punch, soaked in Capri Sun fruit punch notes, strawberry juice, peach Kerns, ruby red grapefruit wedges, and red gummy bears.Hops: Strata, El Dorado, Amarillo
