TWO: IPA

To celebrate our second birthday we have brewed a series of four IPAs. We wanted to explore the style that we enjoy brewing the most, taking you on a journey of drinkability. We have chosen to use a selection of our favourite hops to bring forward the flavours we enjoy most in each of these styles. Our IPA is hopped with a combination of Cashmere Cryo, Citra and Simcoe. It is a vibrant shade of opaque orange, which glows brightly in the sunlight. The aroma is bursting with citrus zest giving hints of what's to come. On the palate, we have a medium and silky mouthfeel which allows the flavours of overripe mango and grapefruit to dance on your tongue. The finish is full of citrus zest with a clean and subtle bitterness to finish.
