Many months in the making, Mist is the first offering in what will be our long journey through mixed-fermentation Farmhouse Ales. Starting off with a low-ABV wheat beer, we then added our special house mixed culture and let those little buddies go to work for weeks and weeks. Mist developed into a dry, effervescent beer with pleasant minerality, gentle, bright acidity, and a wonderful blend of citrus, fresh cut grass, and a light underlying funk.
