Careful maturation of our Huon Valley apple cider in Sullivans Cove Whisky Casks for 16 months has produced a cider that reflects meticulous integration of distinctive whisky notes and dry cider complexity. Reflecting the characteristically rustic oak forward style of Tasmanian Sullivans Cove whisky, this cloudy cider is rich and warming with spicy vanilla and fruit aromas. It has a soft and textured palate and should be served at 8 degrees C for optimal enjoyment. Match eith dried muscatels and mature cheese. One of 1,278 bottles.
