Seriously, when I popped the cork on this blend I was taken back to 2015. This blend is malty like blends from that time and has the exact same ester profile, it's nuts. Balanced acidity, sweet tarts, fruity incredibly drinkable. This should be a cellar stocker for sure. If you're #teamnofruit, I can't wait for you to try this. This is a 2 barrel blend, very small.
