bottling date: 04/07/2023For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from three different barrels and six different brews. The lambikken were brewed at 3 Fonteinen (43%), Lindemans (43%) and De Troch (14%). More than half of the blend consist of two- to more than five-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average up to more than 34 months on the moment of bottling, and more than 56 months on the moment of release. All of the cereals brewed by us were sourced with farmers from the Pajottenland.
