Fresh Hop Pale Ale, 13° Plato, 6.1% ABV. Každý rok v čase sklizně rádi zabloudíme do neznáma a dáme šanci novým experimentálním chmelovým odrůdám - ať zjistíme, co dokážou. Jelikož dozrávají postupně, snažíme se vybrat chmel, který je v týdnu dané várky v té nejideálnější formě. Letos volba padla na chmel NŠH 15, se kterým jsme se v minulosti už úspěšně setkali. Jeho částečně japonské kmeny navozují zajímavé aroma broskví, hroznů a dubového dřeva, které se ideálně párují se základním pivem postaveným jen na anglickém sladu a s jemnými estery kvasnic.Every year when the harvest comes we like to venture into the unknown and give a chance to some new local experimental hop varieties to show what they can do. As they ripen gradually, we opt for the hops that are in the ideal state for harvesting in the week of the brew. This year’s choice was NŠH15 we’ve already successfully partnered with before. Its partially Japanese origin introduces a not-entirely-Czech aroma of peaches, grapes, and oak that go nicely with an all-English malt base and light yeast esters for a wholesome drinking experience.
