Funky Blender: Vanuatu Vanilla (2/1/21)

This is a three barrel blend of Funky Blender that we aged on heaps of fresh Vanuatu vanilla. The funk in the nose is only slightly out shined by the vanilla. It's interesting that vanilla seems to increase the acidity in the fruit blends, but in this case the acidity isn't affected and it makes the beer taste lighter and more delicate.
